Hey @hangun , I noticed this discussion you are having and figure I will put my two cents in while I am here. Bottom line, this game is still in testing. Now while you say that EVERY big game out there puts their patch notes out prior to the patch hitting, you seem to fail to realize a couple things about your statement.
1) Every example you have listed are games that have been released.
2) I can guarantee you that DOTA2 AND Blizzard does not put out patch notes to their beta test servers before they hit. In fact they only provide partial patch notes when the patch hits their beta servers. Additionally, they constantly adjust the patch notes during the patch's further adjustment during the beta test programs.
Now I have been an avid MOBA player since DOTA, and I have been browsing around the block since then (HoN, LoL, Smite to name a few). While I can get the anticipation can be frustrating when you are excited about a game, you need to understand that these guys literally just got back from working at a convention. Those events require a very large amount of effort to organize and are very stressful.
If simply waiting for a new patch is getting you so bent out of shape that you cannot think clearly for yourself (which seems to be the case) I highly recommend you take a break from the game for a while so the company can get the game up to your standards of play... maybe after beta.
TLDR. I can tell that these guys have put ALOT of hard work and love into this game. The last thing they need is to be flamed by someone behaving so childish when they just got back from working even harder than usual to make sure they can get their name out there and try to compete with the games that are out on the market.
