Maybe this post will be deleted, but after doing some research I found out this game is dead. Here is the long goodbye-story: (Yes, it was a nice time to play with nearly all of you! )
First, I wanted to tell you to write a letter to Primal Game Studios, since they are the developers and maybe they do not answer, but at least they know what they are working on. And believe me, they have to work on something, since they must work to earn money. Does not grow on trees by the way. But there is no postal address given on their website. So I would have recommended you to send them an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, the email-address stated on their website.
But I did not give up and googled for "Primal GS", sadly without positive results. So I tried "Primal Game Studios Ltd. postal adress" (without quotation marks since google then only looks for exactly that phrase, I used the quotation marks to show you what I typed in) and found this extract of an EULA of some other game they are working on:
The Contractor/Manufacturer is Primal Fejlesztőstúdió Korlátolt
Felelősségű Társaság, doing business as "Primal Game Studio Ltd.", 1027
Budapest, Hungary, Kacsa utca 15-23. 1. em.
If you are interested in the name of the game that has nothing to do with MOBA or RTS and therefore is not interesting for 90% of us former Supernova players, Copy Paste that into google and find out yourself. At least I can tell you that @Tenno and @BN_Stormshade are busy doing their job taking care of the game's community. If you further google the name of that game you will see much more advertising. They also use a very similar discourse-based (the open source platform this forum and the website were created with) web-appearance. That game's open beta started 14.01.2016, months earlier than Supernova's open beta.
I think Supernova always was just a second project they worked on which explains the lack of advertisment for this game. Some server issues, maybe also low amount of platinum purchases terminated in the "end of the open beta" or in other words shutdown of the game servers and end of Supernova. Primal GS has the other game to earn money and Bandai has many other games to earn money. And we have even more games to spend our money. So Supernova is economically unnecessary.
I just want to tell you that this game was very fun and interesting to play and even with 240 ms ping from Europe and 30 min queue time during some hours of the closed beta I enjoyed every minute of the game with this great community. Sadly, it is hard to earn money on the MOBA market. Riot took their advantage, others followed, now there is nothing left for Bandai and Primal GS. Sad story.
I also found out Primal has some very nicely desigend office rooms. See yourself.
Here are some screenshots I had taken, most of them at the end of either CBT2 or one of the weekends. The server was supposed to shutdown at 18:00, but it was still up for two or three games. Then they shutdown the chat and the matchmaking, so I played some quick training games to farm elements until I got bored and closed the client.
TL;DR: (including link to the other game for lazy folks)
Bandai and Primal GS are working on another game to earn their money. They never had love for Supernova. Now it is dead. Click that link with your mouse to confirm.
