To help make Supernova better, please report bugs that you find at Bandai Namco Support for Supernova.

Don't Know What To Do?
1) Go to https://bandainamcogames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
2) If the problem you are experiencing is not in the "Getting Started", click "Submit a Request" on the top right.
3) Under "Please choose your issue below", click the drop-down menu and select "Supernova Support Ticket".
4) Enter the required information (the ones without the "*" are optional).
5) Click submit and you're done!

When posting about a technical issue, please first search the forum first to see if there is already a solution.
You may also refer to the Technical Issues and Bug Report Guidelines for clarification.

UI BUGS

Level Up Name Bug (Reported by GespenstMkII)
- When reaching Level 9, "Behemoth" is named as "Gauss Tank"
- Screenshot can be found here
- Problem occurs for other army units as well (for Cyborg faction)

As Closed Beta begins, please post all technical issues/bugs that you encounter in this thread and to the Bandai Namco Support Desk.
This helps keeps the forums organized and allows the Supernova team to quickly become aware of the current game issues and offer support for smaller problems.

just had an odd bug in the 1st tutorial where none of the 3d textures loaded up, leaving holes in the map and me unable to see the units, it could be my pc but it hasnt happend on the other matches I've played so I dont know.

Do see if this bug happens in other matches, if it does then I'll add it onto the list.
Also do remember to submit a ticket to the Bandai Namco Support Desk! Attaching a screenshot will be extremely helpful for the Supernova team.

Disconnected at the very start after I got to lane. Reconnected and came back into the game with it like this the entire match.

When I press tab or O I see battle owerview. When I press tab or O again I close it then when I release space I see battle owerview again then if I press space if will close but when I release space it will appear again if I repeat that like 50 times battle owerview wont come back again if I dont press tab or O. this is a big problem for me because I use unlocked camera.

If you ever press tab to see the score board and then space bar and it pops up... The way I found to stop it while pressing space bar is to left click the mini map and press tab again. It'll go away for a bit. Or just hold space and press tab to look at the score. Then it wont happen or at least shouldn't.

Its helpful but I dont know is it the solution.
I checked it the controls space is only for center camera on commander.

It's a bug. Until they fix it that is the temp solution to deal with it while in matches.

During 5v5 matches my mouse gets "sticky" for lack of a better term. If there is some sort of mouse auto assist it would be nice if we had an option to turn it off. I'm using a Logitech m510 mouse with the software suite/ drivers installed and running

Hi Zombie,

Does this issue happen in multiple games or only in one?
Have you tried seeing if this problem persists on another computer with the same mouse?

Hi, i can't see the cursor , is invisible... & i can't click anything.. please fix it.

Can you explain more about your situation?
Like did this happen in-game or in the menu, did you do anything that caused this issue, etc.

@Sylashan , i open the game & enter in menu. No cursor in menu & i can't click anything because i can't see the cursor.

My PC runs 100% the wicher 3 in ULTRA graphics. I don't do anything bad :/

In this forum another user have the same problem. I send a ticket but no response :/

@LeveLEO,

Are you running the game in full-screen or in windowed mode?
And make sure your drivers are up to date.

Please give submitted tickets time, they are hard at work at trying to resolve issues as quickly as possible. (:

Exp gained after the match is off, or the booster i have is not really in effect, i just left a match and as the game showed how much normal exp i got for my faction and how much i was getting my booster in green it maxed but when i wet back to the main area it shows that I am only 80% are the alpha rewards exp boosters bugged?

I seem to be incapable of gaining IC from wins or loses.

Here is a screenshot of me having made it to level 5 now without gaining any IC. Not sure whats up with this one. Might be related to the XP level up bug

In addition, despite being told I'm getting parts, I'm not getting parts for forging equipment.
