Now for my own idea(s) xD
Pandamona, the cosmic trickster
I figure it's an ancient alien deity that plays tricks on people. What it considers funny, most people consider fatal.A melee assassin who misleads and confuses his enemies to death.
Pandamona creates an illusory copy of its self at targeted area. This illusion has health equal to 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% of his current health. The copy mirrors Pandamona's actions and movements. Activating the ability again will cause pandamona to switch places with the copy.
Pandamona dodges the next ability cast on him over the next 1.5 seconds. If he successfully dodges the ability, he teleports behind the caster and fears them and the next basic attack against them to deal an additional 50/70/90/110/130 + 25% WD. This bonus damage can critical.
Pandamona throws a sharp spike in a line dealing 70/100/130/160/190 +75% WD damage to the first enemy hit. The spike splinters doing 50% of the initial damage in small cone behind the target. A target hit by the initial projectile is slowed 20% + 0.05% Armor for 2 seconds.
Pandamona creates chaos causing all the commanders in a given area to randomly switch positions. All commanders are confused for 2.5 seconds wandering in random directions, unable to cast abilities or attack. Pandomona is immune to the confusion effect, but will still switch with nearby commanders.
(Switched scaling to WD and made him more assassin like 7/29/2015)
Gulae, the Pain eater
An alien being that thrives off pain, both inflicting and receiving it. Gulae doesn't use energy to cast his abilities, instead he draws upon his own health to do so. A power based tank that gets into the thick of things.
Q: Brand of Suffering
Cost: 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/3% of his current health
Gulae damages target creep or enemy commander for 75/115/155/195/235 + 30% power and marks the target. If gulae hits the target with another ability he will heal 3%/4%/5%/6%/7% of his max health and consume the mark.
W: Blood brothers
Cost 2% of his current health
Gulae bonds himself to target enemy commander or creep. While active, the targeted enemy receives 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% + .05% of damage dealt to Gulae as power damage. This bond lasts for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. if the target is marked by Brand of suffering upon cast, the target is silenced for 1sec.
cost: 2.5%/3%/3.5%/4%/4.5% of his current health
Gulae wraps his arms around target enemy and crushes them dealing 100/150/200/250/300 +30% power damage over 2 seconds and stunning them for the duration. If the target is marked by Brand of Suffering, the target suffers a 30% decaying slow after the channel. This channeled ability that can be interrupted by moving or casting another ability.
R: Masochistic Glee
passive: Gulae gains permanent .05% of his power HP every time he is dealt damage Equal to or greater than 7%/6%/5%/4%/3% of his maximum HP
Active: Gulae becomes CC immune for 2.5 seconds and is healed 5/10/15/20/25% of the all damage he receives during the duration.
Murmer, the thought devourer
Another ancient entity that devours the mind of every creature it encounters, gaining their knowledge and experiences. An Anti Caster who drains energy away from other commanders to power his own abilities.
Q: Mind Shock
Murmer sends forth a power blast of psychic energy that deals 50/100/150/200/250 + 50% of his power. Enemies hit by this blast suffer an energy bleed of 10/15/20/25/30 energy over the course of 5 seconds.
W: Thought Barrier
Murmer Creates a shield around himself using the powers of his mind. While active, damage murmer receives will be dealt to his energy pool. He absorbs 1 damage per 1/.75/.5/.25/.01 point of energy
E: Memory siphon
Murmer absorbs 10/20/30/40/50 energy from an enemy commander and restores 5/10/15/20/25 energy to himself. The target suffers a 1sec silence.
R: Feast of Minds
Passive: Murmer permanently gains additional 1 energy for commander assists and 3 energy for Commander kills
Active: Murmer suppresses target enemy commander and devour its mind dealing 225/300/375/450/525 + 25% power damage to the target. The damage of this ability is increased by difference between Murmer's maximum energy and the targets maximum energy (up to 50%)
Aeon, the Nexus of time
A mechanical being that can bend the laws of time and space to his will.
Aeon creates a temporal anomaly around target ally or enemy. On allied cast, the target ally recovers 50/65/80/95/110 + 30%power HP over 3 seconds and gains 20% + .01% power move speed for the duration. On enemy cast, the target enemy takes 60/80/100/120/140 +50% power damage over 3 seconds and is slowed 20% + 01% power for the duration.
Aeon creates a distortion of space and time around himself making him invulenerable for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5+ 1% CDR seconds.
E: Warp Field
Aeon create a warp field around himself that pulses over 3 seconds, growing large with each pulse dealing a total of 150/175/200/225/250 + 50% power over the duration. Enemies hit by the pulses have their armor reduced by 1/2/3/4/5 for each pulse.
R: Zero Hour
Aeon creates a massive AOE that grows around him over 3 seconds and that stuns enemies on contact. Enemies closest to Aeon at activation are stunned for 3 seconds, enemies in the middle of the aoe are stunned for 2.5 seconds and enemies at the edge of the AoE are stunned for 2 seconds. Enemies suffer a slow of 30/40/50/60/70% that decays over 5 seconds after the duration of the stun ends. This is channeled ability that will cancel if Aeon moves or is CC'd.
Pons, the Planes Walker
A cyborg that has gained the ability to shift planes of existence due to various experiments performed upon him. Pons can support his allies by shifting them or his enemies into a different plane of existence.
Q: Phase shift
Pons shifts target ally or enemy into a different plane of existence for .0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25/1.5 seconds. While this ability is active, the target is immune to default attacks, and cannot be targeted. They can still be effected by AoE abilities. Targets cannot use abilities that do not target themselves.
Pons move to target location. Pons is immune to cc effects while using this ability. If he passes through an enemy, they are dealt 55/80/105/130/155 + 30% weapon damage abnd
E: Planar Surge
Passive: Pons draws power from the rift gaining additional 30/50/70/90/110 energy per minute and sharing half of his bonus with nearby allies. This bonus is doubled for allies currently out of phase.
Active: Pons empowers himself with energy from another plane, gaining an additional 10/25/40/55/60 + 10% of his current energy WD for 3 seconds.
Pons creates a convergence of the material plane and the rift plane around target enemy commander. Target enemy commander phase shifted and is dealt 200/250/300/350/400 + 50WD weapon damage over 5 seconds as well as creating an attraction field drawing in nearby enemies. At the end of 5 seconds, the convergence collapses, stunning the target commander for 1.5 seconds and nearby enemies for 0.75 seconds.
Lancer MKIII, the Veri-Mech
The Lancer MK III is an experimental transforming Mech commander Assassin that switches between melee and Ranged attacks.
Q-Precision strike/Homing Missile.
Strike Mode: Lancer strikes a vital area, dealing 70/90/110/130/150+50% Weapon damage and temporarily weaken the target. His next ability or basic attack against target within 5 seconds will do 0.5/1/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0% of the targets max health as bonus weapon damage.
Flight Mode: Lancer launches a homing missing that will chase after the target for a set duration, ignoring units. It gains increased speed the farther it travels up to a cap. Can be blocked by enemy commanders. On hit the missile will do 100/120/140/160/180 + Bonus damage equal to the distance traveled.
W-Fuel Purge/Barrel roll
Strike Mode: Lancer purges fuel to make himself lighter increasing his movement speed by 3/5/7/9/11% and attack speed by 10/20/30/40/50% for 3 seconds . He leaves behind a pool of fuel at his location that slows enemies by 20%. Can be ignited by after burn.
Flight Mode: Lancer performs a barrel roll that disjoints projectiles and reduces damage from AoE effects by 10/20/30/40/50%
E-After burn/Laser Lock
Strike Mode: Lancer puts his engines into full throttle dashing to target location, dealing damage 50/70/90/110/130 +25% Weapon damage to those behind him at cast. This ability will ignite any fuel left behind creating a trail of flames behind him that will deal 20/30/40/50/60 damage every second to enemies who pass through it. Trail last for 5 seconds
Flight Mode: Lancer uses his precision aiming tools to lock on to his target. His target becomes marked and will be visible on the mini map. While marked, all basic attacks, regardless of target will hit the marked enemy for 3.5 seconds.
R-Mode Shift: Lancer shifts from one mode to another. Shifting between forms gives temporary boosts and has lasting passive effects.
Strike Mode (Lancer MK III’s default stance):
Attack Range: 15
Active: Gains temporary attack damage equal to 100% bonus movement speed. Lasts for 3 seconds
Passive: Grants 5% recovery. Lasts for 2.5 seconds after switching modes.
Attack Range: 55
Active: Gains temporary attack speed based on 100% of bonus move speed. Lasts for 3 seconds
Passive: Grants 5% increased move speed. Lasts for 2.5 seconds after switching modes.
