Welcome to the Official Supernova Forum where the community can discuss all aspects of Supernova!
We do not pre-screen content of posts in the Forums and do not assume any responsibility or liability for User-Generated Content. We do not assume any liability for any failure to remove, or any delay in removing, User-Generated Content. If we object to any User-Generated content for any reason, we may (a) remove the User-Generated Content; (b) give warnings to applicable persons; and/or (c) restrict, suspend, or terminate access to and use of the forums without any notice or liability.
Please treat this discussion forum with the same respect you would at a public park. We, too, are a shared community resource – a place to share skills, knowledge and interests through ongoing conversation.
Always work to improve the discussion in some way. Be respectful of the topics and the people discussing them, even if you disagree with some of what is being said.
One way to help improve the discussion is by discovering ones that are already happening. Spend some time browsing the topics before replying or starting your own.
Remember to criticize ideas, not people. Please avoid:
- Ad hominem attacks
- Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
- Knee-jerk contradiction.
Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.
When you see bad behavior, don’t reply. Just flag it.
If enough flags accrue, action will be taken, either automatically or by moderator intervention. This site is operated by your friendly local staff and you, the community. If there’s a critical or urgent issue that can’t be handled by a topic or flag, contact us via the staff page.
Nothing sabotages a healthy conversation like rudeness:
- Be civil. Don’t post anything that a reasonable person would consider offensive, abusive, or hate speech.
- Keep it clean. Don’t post anything obscene or sexually explicit.
- Respect each other. Don’t harass or grief anyone, impersonate people, or expose their private information.
- Respect our forum. Don’t post spam or otherwise vandalize the forum.
These are not concrete terms with precise definitions – avoid even the appearance of any of these things.
Make the effort to put things in the right place.
- Don’t start a topic in the wrong category.
- Don’t cross-post the same thing in multiple topics.
- Don’t post in all capital letters, use a misleading title, use excessive punctuation, etc.
Don't spam the community.
- Posting messages or topics related to asking for a key is considered spam
- The act of posting simply to bump a thread is considered spamming
In general, we ask you to refrain from using unnecessary tactics to bring attention to your topic.
Rather than posting “+1” or “Agreed,” use the Like button.
Cheats, exploits, or links to cheat programs are prohibited and posts with such content will be deleted without warning. The same goes for posts with links that appear suspicious or phishing sites.
We understand everyone would like their post acknowledged but use of such words or including moderator names will not help.
Instead, we ask everyone to utilize the flag tool flag to bring attention to forum moderators.
Experiencing issues, whether in game or with your account, can be frustrating and we are here to help. The best way to receive our help with technical, account, purchase, or bug issues is to submit a support ticket on our Help & Support Page.
You may not post anything digital that belongs to someone else without permission. You may not post descriptions of, links to, or methods for stealing someone’s intellectual property (software, video, audio, images), or for breaking any other law.
Bandai Namco staff will never ask you for your password. Anyone requesting such information should be reported.
We have a Terms of Service describing your (and our) behavior and rights related to content, privacy, and laws. To use this service, you must agree to abide by our TOS.
